Tom Fogarty

Tom is C&M Legal’s Office Manager, overseeing operations across both the New Plymouth and Whanganui offices.

With extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, Tom has been part of the firm since its inception in 2010.

He leads the firm’s business and operational functions, including finance, IT, and support services, ensuring C&M Legal meets its strategic goals.

Outside work, Tom enjoys spending time with family and riding his e-bike.
