Nic Croft

Nic is an associate in our property and commercial teams, working closely with Steve Ebert.

Since being admitted in 2018, Nic has developed a broad range of experience across property and commercial law.  Nic frequently advises individuals and corporate clients on a range of matters ranging from all aspects of property and commercial law, property transactions, property development, commercial property and leasing, commercial structures, and business succession. 

Nic also brings a particular focus in corporate insolvency, security for lending and distressed debt recovery from his previous role in corporate restructuring at a ‘big-four’ advisory firm.

Outside of work, Nic enjoys spending time with family and friends, and he is often found in the surf, windsurfing, or shredding the local mountain biking trails.
