Our litigation team are responsible for the conduct of all Crown prosecutions in the High Court and District Court in Taranaki and Whanganui.
We appear regularly before the District Court and High Court, acting for the Crown in jury trials, judge alone trials, sentencings and appellate matters. We also conduct agency prosecutions and are trusted by district and regional councils to handle regulatory prosecutions and enforcement proceedings.
